The Tire Centre of Florida

I came here for one reason: a wheel alignment. Instead of performing the alignment, they did a general inspection and told me I needed a new front axle and rear brakes. I declined those repairs because I only wanted the alignment at that time. Since I already had one tire worn down to the wires from a camber/toe issue, I decided to at least have that tire replaced. While attempting to remove my wheel, they broke my OEM Honda wheel lock key. After struggling with it for several minutes, the owner came over and simply told me there was nothing they could do, that “things break,” and that it wasn’t their responsibility. Accidents happen, and I understand tools or parts can fail. What disappointed me was how the situation was handled. The wheel lock key was working before I arrived, and after it broke while they were servicing my car, I was left to deal with the problem myself with no offer to help, replace it, or make things right. Customer service is about taking responsibility when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, I left feeling like my concerns didn’t matter. I won’t be returning and can’t recommend this shop based on my experience.

I was looking for one decent used tire after a blow out on the interstate. I called and they said to come right over. As I pulled up one guy came and grabbed my shredded tire while another drug a jack out and pulled my spare off. The other gentleman immediately returned with my new (used) tire, put the new tire on. And I was ready to go. I went in and paid and altogether it took 15 minutes and I was on my way. Very polite and friendly group of guys.

I gave a 5 star because I had a tire with a screw in the outer block of the tire and Sam's club refused to touch it which could have left my family stranded. I understand an outer tread block screw puncture is a difficult patch that requires more skill to get patched successfully. Sam's club didn't even offer a waiver to sign to get us back on the road. Love your neighbor as yourself and Sam's Club failed. #Evil but this shop said bring it in and they would do their best. Sometimes in life having a place do their best is exactly what's needed. This place loved. I pulled up to this shop and a woman steps out of her comfy office chair and speaks to 3 mechanics that I am the next one to be helped. Less then 1 minute later a mechanic comes to help me. He explains the challenge with a patch vs a plug and pulls the screw out of my tire and checks the puncture in the rubber with a soapy bottle of water to check for a leak. He says I was lucky cause we dodged the bullet cause the 1/4" screw didn't go all the way through. I smiled and said I'm putting them in my contacts because they stepped up to help when Sam's club wouldn't! #LoveWins 💓#OhIAM 🔥 #DoYouSee 🔬 #AXC629 🎶

This place is a total joke! They sold me a tire that they knew was no good. They took advantage of me because they knew I was a young female that wouldn’t know to look inside and at the back of the tire before they put it on. I bought the tire on Tuesday and by Friday the tire was completely flat. I was stranded at 3 in the morning due to my tire being flat from them selling me this tire that had slashes. They refuse to work with me and give me a brand new tire. THIS PLACE HAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM!!
